We are here to help organzie your special day. We coordinate every element of your event with other vendors to make sure that we are all on the same page so that your event goes smoothly. We are also able to provide a Master of Ceremony that is able to set whichever mood you desire and run the festivities just the way you like.
Whatever your occasion may be, we want it to be stress free and relaxing for you. To ensure that, we have made this process as easy as possible. Prior to your event day, we meet with you in person as many times as necessary to discuss your event. In addition, as a JAS Production client, you will be assigned a username and password, where you will be able to login to the website and customize your Planning Form, Timeline, and Music requests.
In the planning form, you will be able to input different event information, such as the Banquet Venue, Number of Guests, Photographer, Videographer, etc. You will also specify any highlights your event may have, such as Dinner Music type, Introduction Music, Special Dances and so on.
You will also receive a timeline form where you will enter the order of events to your liking. If you are not sure how you want things to go, don't worry, we are here to help!
Finally, you will be able to pick and choose what songs you wish to have played. This form even allows you to listen to samples of the songs to ensure the songs you request are what you truly intended.
