

At JAS Productions, we are more than just a DJ service. We are here to help organize your special day. We coordinate every element of your event with other vendors to make sure that we are all on the same page so that your wedding day goes smoothly. We also provide a Master of Ceremony that is able to set the mood you desire and run the festivities just the way you like. A Professional MC introduces your wedding party, sets up the toast, cake cutting and special dances properly, and coordinates all other activities you would like to incorporate into the event.
This day is all about the two of you, and we want it to be stress free and relaxing for both of you. To ensure that, we have made this process as easy as possible. Prior to your wedding, we meet with you in person as many times as necessary to discuss your event. In addition, as a JAS Production client, you will be assigned a username and password, where you will be able to login to the website and customize your Planning Form, Timeline, and Music requests.
In the planning form, you will be able to input different event information, such as the Banquet Venue, Number of Guests, Photographer & Videographer contact information, etc. You will also specify the highlights of the reception, such as Dinner Music type, Introduction Music, Dinner music style, specific songs for Special Dances (such as the First Dance, Father-Daughter Dance, etc.) and so on. Lastly, the planning form allows you to enter your entire bridal party for introductions, if requested.
You will also receive a timeline form where you will enter the order of events to your liking. If you are not sure how you want things to go, don't worry, we are here to help!
Finally, you will be able to pick and choose what songs you wish to have played on your wedding day. This way you can choose specific songs you wish to hear during specific times at your reception (for example, specific songs you would like to be played during cocktail hour, dinner, or dancing). This form even allows you to listen to samples of the songs to ensure the songs you request are what you truly intended.
